About the Role
The Configuration Manager helps to establish and maintain consistency of the product’s performance, function and physical attributes. As a branch of engineering, the Configuration Management team supports the engineering function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configuration Management Environment
- Policy and Procedure guidelines
- Configuration Management Planning
- Reports and audits
This role offers an Individualised Flexible Working Arrangement if required and is open to applicants based in Melbourne, working from our offices.
Qualifications
Rheinmetall seeks applicants who exemplify our Company’s values of Safety, Partnering, Openness, Respect and Trust (SPORT). The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Experience in Configuration management and Change management
- Sound background understanding of Project Configuration Management
- Skill in dealing with parts lists and drawings
- Target‑focused, structured and independent working approach, analytical mind and reasoning
- Ability to influence people from different levels of the organisation
