The Opportunity
You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance and reliability strategies that maximise asset performance, improve plant availability and support long‑term operational excellence across renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop preventative and predictive maintenance strategies for renewable energy assets.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and improve SOPs, SWMS and maintenance procedures.
- Perform DFMEA, reliability modelling, life cycle costing and critical spares analysis.
- Establish and manage an effective spare parts management system.
- Support maintenance execution and reliability improvement activities across project sites.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all EHS requirements.
About You
To be successful, you’ll bring a strong background in reliability engineering, asset management or maintenance strategy within industrial, utilities or renewable energy environments.
You’ll ideally have:
- Degree qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience developing preventative maintenance and reliability strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA and reliability principles.
- Experience with asset lifecycle management and maintenance optimisation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Renewable energy, power generation, utilities or heavy industrial experience will be highly regarded.
