Summary

Our client is seeking a business-facing AI transformation leader who can drive enterprise-wide adoption of Google Gemini, convert grassroots AI experimentation into governed corporate solutions, and bridge operational business teams with enterprise IT architecture. This person must be equally credible in front of executives, end users, and software engineers.

Responsibilities

1. AI Productivity & Digital Enablement (35%)
  • Champion AI-powered productivity across the organization through training, workshops, and adoption initiatives.
  • Drive maximum value from Google Workspace Enterprise Plus by promoting effective use of Gemini across Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet.
  • Establish a Productivity Center of Excellence, including role-based AI playbooks and best practices.
  • Identify, evaluate, and scale employee-developed automation ideas into enterprise-wide solutions.
2. Business Solutions & AI Integration (30%)
  • Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI and automation initiatives.
  • Transform departmental prototypes and “shadow IT” solutions into secure, scalable enterprise applications.
  • Implement and enforce Human-in-the-Loop controls to ensure accuracy, reliability, and business continuity in AI-enabled processes.
3. Technology Governance & Development Excellence (25%)
  • Lead the development and governance of custom automations and applications using established SDLC practices.
  • Maintain code quality, version control, and collaboration standards through GitHub and related tools.
  • Design and oversee secure CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and security scanning processes.
  • Monitor API usage, performance, costs, and integration constraints across key cloud platforms and business systems.
4. AI Strategy, Risk & Architecture (10%)
  • Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap, focusing on measurable business outcomes and ROI.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and prioritize practical, value-driven solutions over market hype.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance requirements, including the use of secure enterprise AI environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Technology Management, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in IT delivery, software engineering, enterprise applications, or digital workplace productivity.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience driving AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology innovation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide technology adoption and change management programs.
  • Deep expertise in Google Workspace Enterprise and Gemini AI capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, workflow optimization, and enterprise productivity solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technologies into practical business outcomes and drive adoption among non-technical users.
