Job Description

Allied Universal is hiring for GSOC Operator - French/English Bilingual. Analyst, Physical Access Services.

Job Title : Analyst, Physical Access Services
Location : Toronto, ON
Job Type : Full Time
Shift : 8 Hour, Days, Monday - Friday. It is an in office position.
Pay Rate : $22.00 / hr. to start with incremental increases every 6‑12 months based on performance.
No security license required.

Main Responsibilities

Join the Physical Access Services team at Client's site, on their mission to create an enterprise‑wide, best‑in‑class physical security program. The team is focused on continuous improvement of the program and the growth of the individuals within it. As a member of the team, you'll contribute directly to growing the program.

The successful candidate should be self‑motivated, an effective communicator who works well in a team environment and someone who actively challenges the status quo.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
  • Administer an enterprise security system, including modifying access permissions for existing cardholders, coordinating the provisioning of new or replacement credentials, and managing the access requests for visitors/suppliers;

  • Take an activerole in continuous improvement of the physical access services program by identifying potential inefficiencies and implementing process improvements;

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain processes based on industry best practice;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and peers;

  • Stay organizedwhile coordinating access reconciliations to meet internal and industry audit requirements;

  • Manage escalations in a timely and professional manner;

  • Manage client expectations/concerns through strong communication skills, both verbal and written;

  • Be flexible inchanging business needs.

  • Ability to interpret and present data in a professional and polished manner;

  • Able to learn new software applications/programs quickly and effectively;

  • Focused on continuously improving both the program and yourself;

  • Prioritize andmanage own work to ensure quality and efficiency (i.E., meet deadlines;

    be flexible in adjusting to changing priorities);

  • Participate fully as a member of the team and contribute to a positive work environment;

  • Experience performing access card provisioning tasks on an enterprise access control system considered an asset;

  • Bilingual—fluent in both English and French considered an asset.
