Key Responsibilities
  • Support the initial screening of prospective managers through meetings, calls, materials review, and data analysis.
  • Assist senior team members with manager due diligence, including preparing meeting notes, questionnaires and follow‑up analyses.
  • Support the preparation of investment recommendation packages for internal review and investment committees.
  • Monitor existing hedge fund allocations, including portfolio performance, exposures, attribution, and factor sensitivities, as well as portfolio and business developments.
  • Prepare periodic portfolio review materials and analytical reports for internal stakeholders, clients and investment committees.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in asset management, hedge fund research, alternative investments, trading, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Comfortable engaging with external managers and stakeholders;

    strong verbal andwritten communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a strong interest in developing investment and research skill sets.
  • Mandarin skills are an asset, as the role may involve communication with external managers and stakeholders in Asia.
  • Ability to travel internationally on an occasional basis.
  • Programming exposure (Python, VBA) is a plus.
  • Progress toward CFA or CAIA designation is an asset.
