About the Role

Quality Classrooms is looking for an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to help manage purchasing, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment activities. This role is critical to ensuring products are delivered accurately, on time, and in full while maintaining strong communication across suppliers, warehouse operations, customer service, and sales teams.

What you'll do

• Coordinate order fulfillment from receipt through delivery.
• Monitor order schedules and proactively address delays or bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions and inventory records.
• Support purchasing activities and supplier communications.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers.
• Track inventory availability and communicate shortages or replenishment timelines.
• Investigate and resolve logistics, delivery, inventory, and product-related issues.
• Support inventory audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, procurement, supply chain coordination, or operations support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering excellent service.

Nice to have

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience working with ERP systems for purchasing, inventory, and order management.
• Previous experience coordinating purchasing activities and supplier relationships.
• Experience supporting inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Experience coordinating transportation, freight, or shipping logistics.
