Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Track budgets, costs, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction or project engineering (GC experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
