Role Description The Junior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting senior designers in developing interior concepts, preparing mood boards, and assisting with space planning for residential projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating drawings, coordinating with vendors and contractors, participating in site visits and measurements, and helping select finishes, fixtures, furniture, and accessories.

The Junior Interior Designer will assist in preparing client presentations, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring design details are executed accurately on site. The role also includes collaborating with the broader project team to meet timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Passionate about design!
• Ability to apply core interior design principles, including Interior Design and Space Planning skills.
• Foundational knowledge of Architecture and awareness of building systems relevant to interior projects.
• Proficiency in developing and reading Construction Drawings, including layouts, elevations, and detail drawings.
• Experience or training in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, coordination, and documentation.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Basic proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and presentation software.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to follow established design standards and guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teammates, clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and participate in on-site coordination and occasional extended hours when required by project timelines.
