Role

We are actively seeking primary teachers with good interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues.

As a primary teacher you will promptly establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, set high expectations, cultivate a growth mindset, and nurture students’ social and emotional development.

Ideal candidates exhibit strong teaching skills, a commitment to delivering best practices, and the capacity to thrive in an environment characterised by whole-school connected practice, collaborative team structures, and ongoing professional growth.

You will leverage high‑impact teaching strategies and showcase experience in designing and delivering engaging literacy and numeracy programmes. An understanding of differentiation to meet diverse student needs and proficiency in utilising assessment tools to inform progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide future classroom planning are highly valued.

Qualifications

To work with us, you must:

• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
• Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start.
