EMEA Payroll Analyst

Hybrid in Dublin 4 | 6 month contract | €79,000 pro rata

I'm partnering with a leading global technology organisation seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support complex payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries.

This role requires someone who can take full ownership of the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, working across multiple payrolls with staggered pay dates while managing vendor relationships, compliance requirements, escalations, and payroll controls.

Key requirements

• 5+ years' experience in international payroll operations
• Proven end-to-end payroll ownership
• Experience managing multiple EMEA payrolls simultaneously (not solely Irish payroll)
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax and regulatory requirements across EMEA
• Experience working with outsourced payroll providers and offshore teams
• Exposure to ADP Celergo and/or SAP preferred
• Ability to quickly step into a fast-paced environment with minimal onboarding
