Full-Time Associate Dentist – Generations Dental, Wagholi, Pune
Generations Dental is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a BDS graduate who is eager to enhance their clinical skills while working in a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine dental examinations and basic dental procedures.
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans while following established clinical protocols.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with excellent communication.
• Assist in the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.
• Adhere to clinical SOPs, infection control protocols, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
• BDS degree from a recognized institution.
• Sound knowledge of basic dental procedures.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to ethical dental practice.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and continuously develop clinical expertise.
