Are you looking to build your career in Health & Safety with a business that will genuinely invest in your development?

Search² is recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist construction contractor delivering complex projects across London. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to join their team in a developmental role.

Working closely with an experienced Head of Health & Safety, you'll gain hands-on exposure to a variety of live construction projects while receiving ongoing mentoring, training and support to help you develop into a well-rounded Health & Safety professional.

What you will be doing

• Supporting the delivery of Health & Safety across multiple live construction projects
• Carrying out site inspections and audits
• Assisting with accident and incident investigations
• Supporting the review of risk assessments and safe systems of work
• Building positive relationships with site teams and promoting a proactive safety culture
• Working alongside an experienced Health & Safety leader, gaining practical coaching and development
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Health & Safety standards across the business

What you will need

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or currently working towards it)
• Previous construction site experience
• CSCS Card, or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop
• A proactive approach and willingness to spend time on site
