Overview

We are currently hiring Day Warehouse Operatives to work for our client based in Park Royal. The ideal candidate must be fully flexible.

Working hours

Working hours: 4 ON 4 OFF, 8 AM to 8 PM.

Pay

Pay rate: £13.50 per hour

Day Warehouse Operatives Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and processing pharmaceutical and wellness products with care and accuracy
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Standing, walking, and moving for extended periods throughout your shift
• Following safety procedures and working to high hygiene standards
• Meeting performance targets and supporting your team to hit nightly goals

Requirements of Day Warehouse Operatives

• Fully flexible and committed to working the full 12-hour shift (4 on / 4 off)
• Comfortable with physically demanding work - standing/walking for up to 12 hours
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in a warehouse or fast-paced environment is a plus

Progression Path

• Become a Trained Operative
• Receive an additional £0.50 per hour
• Gain valuable skills that can lead to Team Leader or Supervisor roles in the future.
