The Role

The Accounting Team Lead is responsible for

The People Management & quality review

Manages a team of accountants;

Coordinates the daily operations of the Accounting team and guarantees continuous services;

Responsible for quality review of the deliverables of the accounting team;

Coaches, inspires and deploys the right competencies of the team to permanently strengthen their motivation and financial skills.

Operational activities

Processing of expenses, vendor invoices and payments to vendors;

Responsible for purchase order matching and invoice approval process;

Responsible for the management of client and vendor master data;

Processing of sales invoices, payments and follow up of overdue payments;

Preparation of payment batches and uploading them to bank portal;

Posting of bank statements;

Preparing of VAT declarations;

Leading the monthly closing cycle with the accounting team, processing of the monthly closing;

Responsible for the management of fixed assets;

Preparation and processing of account reconciliations;

Responsible for correct Payroll reconciliation;

Processing of general finance administration;

Preparing of the monthly management reporting pack.
