Job Description

An expanding, leading biotechnology company located in Barcelona is looking to recruit a Bioengineer Tester for its R&D department.

Functions:

  • As a member of the R&D team, you will participate in the evaluation and testing of an in vitro diagnostic instrument in the development phase.
  • You will be part of the development and implementation of test workflows on the instrument according to IVD assay requirements.
  • You will participate in the testing of biotech projects as a member of R&D.

Requirements:

Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar.

Advanced level of English.

Experience working in a BSL-2 environment.

Availability to work the afternoon shift.

More than two years of experience with IVD equipment, instrumentation, or medical systems.

Experience in preparing technical documentation (specification documents, test protocols, technical reports, etc.).

Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO-13485) and IVD regulations (IVDR, FDA).
