Your mission will beâŠ
Build and operate businessâcritical foundational developer platforms (e.g., artifact management, code quality, CI/CD integrations) with full lifecycle ownershipâensuring reliability, scalability, security, and excellent developer experience across a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own platforms endâtoâend (design, build, operate, improve, secure, and scale)
- Develop platform capabilities (APIs, automation, controllers) to enable selfâservice and developer efficiency
- Implement and continuously improve nonâfunctional requirements: availability, performance, cost efficiency, observability
- Engineer reliability through automation, testing, and monitoringânot reactive operations
- Own security endâtoâend, including secure design, vulnerability management, and hardened runtime configurations
- Collaborate across teams to manage dependencies via structured backlogâdriven workflows (e.g., Jira)
We are looking for someone withâŠ
Required Skills
- Strong backend/software engineering (Go, Python or similar)
- API design and integration experience
- Cloudânative development and microservices
- CI/CD and automation mindset
- Understanding of observability (metrics, logs, tracing)
- Container Orchestration with Kubernetes
Preferred Skills
- Experience with developer platforms (Artifactory, SonarQube, GitHub, Backstage)
- Exposure to SRE practices (SLOs, reliability engineering, incident management)
- Experience in largeâscale platform operations
- GitOps, Helm and ArgoCD experience
