Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Customer Service & Sales Representative located in Ahmedabad(USA & UK Voice Process). The International Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in global markets, managing customer relationships, converting a targeted percentage of inbound customer inquiries into sales and executing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include contacting prospects, presenting products and services, negotiating deals, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining a positive relations with customers and repeat business.
