First who

• A senior Accountant with solid experience in the insurance sector and strong exposure to technical accounting and financial reporting environments.
• A detail-oriented and analytical professional with hands-on experience in IFRS17, capable of ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and supporting complex reporting activities.
• A proactive and collaborative team player, comfortable working with finance, business, and technical stakeholders in international environments.
• A professional with strong knowledge of insurance accounting practices, regulatory requirements, and financial transformation initiatives within the insurance market.
• A reliable and communicative profile, able to support strategic finance projects while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across reporting processes.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure compliance with international accounting and regulatory standards, with a strong focus on IFRS17;
• Support technical accounting and financial reporting activities within the insurance sector;
• Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of financial reporting models and processes;
• Act as a bridge between finance, business, and technical teams;
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of reported financial information;
• Contribute to finance transformation and compliance initiatives;
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and support strategic reporting activities.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles within the insurance sector;
• Strong experience in technical accounting for insurance companies;
• Hands-on knowledge and practical experience with IFRS17;
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance activities;
• Good understanding of insurance market operations and accounting practices;
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in international and hybrid environments.
