Technical Lead (.NET & Azure)

About the Role

HCLTech is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native enterprise applications. The role requires strong expertise across the Microsoft technology stack, including Angular, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure, along with the ability to provide technical leadership and support Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Angular, .NET Core, and Azure.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend APIs and frontend applications.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases and data solutions.
• Implement and manage cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with business, product, QA, and engineering teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, including full-stack development using Angular and .NET technologies.
• Proven experience in Technical Lead or Senior Developer roles within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application development.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, REST APIs, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical delivery within Agile teams.
• Microsoft Azure certifications are considered an advantage.
