Property Manager – Boutique Hotel (Prayagraj)

Company Description The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Prayagraj and is equipped with all the infrastructure required for efficient operations. It is a well-maintained boutique business hotel focused on providing comfortable, reliable, and welcoming hospitality to both business and leisure travellers.

The property features:

• 20 spacious guest rooms
• 70-cover pure vegetarian restaurant
• 150-guest banquet hall
• Well-established operational infrastructure to support seamless day-to-day hotel operations.

We are looking for someone who can lead the entire hotel, build a strong team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence while taking full responsibility for the property's performance.

Role Description

• Complete responsibility for day-to-day hotel operations.
• Lead and supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Kitchen, Maintenance and Stores.
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and online reputation.
• Monitor revenue, occupancy, ADR, costs and profitability.
• Recruit, train and motivate hotel staff.
• Maintain SOPs, service standards and statutory compliance.
• Handle vendor management, inventory and preventive maintenance.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with OTAs, corporate clients and travel partners.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly operational reports to ownership.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue while controlling operational costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 3 years as Front Office Manager Property Manager, or Operations Manager in a reputed hotel.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of hotel PMS, OTAs and revenue management.
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
• Ability to take independent decisions and handle complete hotel operations.
• Candidates from branded hotels or reputed boutique/business hotels will be preferred.
