Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate international campaigns with the global marketing team and adapt them to the Canadian market.
- Develop and execute local lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate and manage marketing events in Canada, both in-person and virtual.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, branding and positioning across all internal and external communications.
- Write, adapt and approve bilingual content, including articles, press releases, social media posts, ads, emails and sales collateral.
- Support sales teams with presentations, visuals, communication tools and market-tailored marketing content.
- Manage relationships with media, external partners, agencies and vendors.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, including budgets, KPIs, performance reports and ROI.
- Maintain linguistic and cultural quality of French content, acting as the internal reference for the Quรฉbec and French-speaking Canadian market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- 5โ8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a technology, SaaS or cloud environment.
- Full professional fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent writing skills, particularly in French.
- Strong command of digital channels: SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, performance analytics and marketing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy, organization and strong prioritization skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with sales teams, local leadership and global marketing teams.
- Solid analytical skills, including budget tracking, marketing KPIs and ROI measurement.
- Results-oriented approach, with the ability to translate business objectives into concrete, measurable marketing actions.
- Experience with Marketo, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Apollo or HubSpot, as well as experience in public relations, local marketing within an international company or in the Canadian tech sector, will be considered assets.
