You'll work alongside experienced Platform and DevOps Engineers, helping deliver a secure, scalable, and high-performing platform that empowers both engineering teams and end users.

What You'll Be Doing

Support the day-to-day operation of our cloud platform, ensuring stability, availability, and performance.

Assist with deployments, platform administration, and operational activities following DevOps best practices.

Monitor platform health, investigate alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and help restore services quickly and efficiently.

Manage support requests and operational tasks while delivering an outstanding user experience.

Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business users to solve technical challenges.

Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Ensure platform activities follow security, governance, and operational standards.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous evolution of our platform.

What We're Looking For

Good understanding of Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, and DevOps.

Hands-on experience with AWS (or another major cloud provider).

Knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and operational best practices.

Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.

Familiarity with monitoring, ticketing, and support tools.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with Kubernetes.

Experience with Snowflake or modern data platforms.

Knowledge of Citizen Development platforms such as Coder.

Interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.

French language skills are a plus.
