Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supporting their growth and development. Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to deliver business and regulatory requirements. Design and develop backend systems that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable. Contribute to architectural decisions and technology evolution of the Wallet platform. Collaborate with DBAs and DevOps to ensure optimal system performance and operational stability. Help drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering practices. Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development. Experience leading or mentoring teams of software engineers. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience working in Agile development environments. Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET. Experience designing scalable backend systems. Strong understanding of distributed systems and data consistency. Solid understanding of relational databases, transaction processing, and query performance. Nice to have

Experience working with high-throughput transactional systems. Experience with cloud-native architectures. Experience in financial, payments, or high-reliability platforms. Interest in modern developer tooling, including AI-assisted software development. Culture & Benefits
