Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects for clients across various industries
- Take responsibility for eliciting, understanding, and translating requirements
- Map requirements to Microsoft Business Application technologies
- Rapid prototyping of client requirements
- Drive early design decisions through entity modeling
- Assist customers in mapping high-level business requirements to low-level functional requirements
- Identify issues and opportunities for improvement
- Challenge assumptions and identify risks with solutions
- Influence stakeholders, ensuring requirements demonstrate business value
- Conduct ‘Fit Gap’ analysis and process design exercises
- Lead client workshops to scope and define projects
- Manage the end-to-end requirements management process in Azure DevOps
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and promote the BA function across the organization
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business owners on requirements documentation
Requirements
- Demonstrable Senior Business Analyst experience
- Experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications projects (preferable)
- Experience with no-code / low-code tools like Power Apps, Dynamics 365, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Results-focused attitude
- Experience in both waterfall and agile project methodologies
