Change Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist the change manager by tracking the status of the client project from a change management perspective.
• Update content and change-related documents.
• Collaborate with the team.
• Support the change manager.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders on a supply chain project in the retail environment.
• Create communication content and digital learning materials.
• Assist with training content development, delivery, and setup of training environments.
• Engage proactively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Apply methodologies and provide expertise on tools and processes.
• Develop change project plans using tools like MS Project.
• Help develop training materials and business readiness plans.
• Prepare status updates and agendas for meetings.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the supply chain in a retail environment.
• Desirable: Additional certification in Change Management (eg: APMG, Prosci/ADKAR).
• Related Post-grad qualification.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Teamwork and emotional intelligence.
• Good self-management.
• Innovative approach.
• Experience with training materials.
• Experience using Articulate 360 and/or online video content creation, digital learning tools is ideal.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
