Job Description
Our client a leading Investment manager is seeking a Salesforce & CRM Analyst to take ownership of its CRM environment and support business development, investor relations, and marketing teams through data-driven insights and system optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the Salesforce platform (users, permissions, configuration)
- Build and enhance dashboards and reports for business decision-making
- Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and consistency
- Support integrations between Salesforce and internal systems
- Partner with Sales, Investor Relations, and Marketing on data and campaign insights
Requirements
- 2–3+ years’ experience in a Salesforce / CRM-focused role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and automation tools
- Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills
- Experience maintaining data quality across systems
