We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to drive technical excellence in our AI initiatives. You will act with high-impact projects, serving as a hands-on guide for the teams and a trusted advisor for strategic decisions. Your focus is on building and scaling intelligent systems.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Tech Lead for complex AI projects, ensuring high-quality implementation and technical rigor.
- Design and optimize production-ready AI solutions, moving beyond prototypes to scalable systems.
- Experiment with and implement cutting-edge Generative AI, LLMs, and Multi-agent systems to solve real-world problems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering growth and best practices within the team.
- Work closely with the Area Manager to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, proactively identifying new tools and techniques to integrate into our stack.
