We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with experience in Freight Forwarding (Export Operations) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle export bookings with shipping lines.
- Coordinate container pickup and transportation.
- Coordinate with transporters, CHA, shipping lines, and customers.
- Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) through shipping line portals.
- Coordinate BL drafts with shippers and shipping lines.
- Manage the complete export forwarding process from booking confirmation to vessel sailing.
- Prepare invoices and coordinate until the final Bill of Lading (BL) release.
- Ensure smooth execution of export shipments and timely documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in freight forwarding and export documentation.
- Knowledge of shipping line portals and export procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments efficiently.
