Primary Health Care Nurse | Pilbara Region

Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with this Aboriginal Medical Service located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. They are looking for a Primary Health Care Nurse to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in leading healthy lives.

Salary Package:

• Base salary $95,000.00 per annum + 12% Super
• District Allowance per annum: $8,700
• Air Conditioning Subsidy: $2,210 per annum
• Housing allowance of $600.00pw or housing will be provided

Your role:
This is a permanent full-time position for a nurse with a genuine commitment to improving the health outcomes of Aboriginal communities. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a clinic setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Participate in health promotion and education activities for patients and their families.
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound dressing, vaccinations, and health assessments.
• Support doctors and other healthcare professionals during medical examinations and procedures.

Requirements for this role

:

• Full unrestricted membership with AHPRA
• Experience working with electronic medical record systems
• Experience in general practice nursing
• Experience administering medications and vaccinations
• Strong clinical nursing skills
