You’ll be working from Eveon’s HQ in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and will collaborate with our US team that is based in Charleston, SC.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze online and off‑site customer behavior, conversion flows, and friction points using web analytics, user recordings, and heatmaps; visualize insights for business stakeholders.
- Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, propose optimizations, and communicate actionable recommendations or experiments.
- Own tracking accuracy: audit event coverage and review tagging/logging consistency across digital assets and international markets.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio to visualize KPIs, A/B test results, pricing, and business health metrics.
- Ensure accuracy, validation, and maintenance of data within our central data warehouse.
- Conduct market and competitor research, model pricing strategies, and contribute to dynamic and elastic pricing initiatives.
- Develop, test, and evaluate multi‑touch attribution models for marketing and business intelligence.
- Contribute to sustainability and business impact reporting (emission savings, waste reduction, customer lifetime value) for internal and external accountability (e.g., B Corp, ESG).
What are we looking for:
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role in e‑commerce, preferably hands‑on skills in SQL, Python/R, DBT, FiveTran, Microsoft Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Looker Studio or similar tools.
- Proactive person with natural curiosity, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills in English, able to dig into the “why” and explain findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Degree in Econometrics, Applied Statistics, Data Science, or a similar quantitative field (e.g., price elasticity estimation, causal inference, panel data models).
- Ability to work on‑site in Rotterdam at least 3 days per week.
- Interest in sustainability, digital transformation, or the circular economy is a plus.
