Data Analyst

Overview

Haystack is a recruitment partner facilitating the hiring process for organizations within the technology and internet sectors.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate advertising business growth in the Benelux and Nordics regions.
• Shape the streaming TV and video landscape, particularly with Prime Video's launch in the Netherlands and Sweden.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, implementing analytics solutions to drive business transformation.
• Lead ad measurement discussions, create actionable insights, and present clear recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in advanced SQL and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience translating technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights.
• Experience in advertising measurement methodologies, including incrementality, marketing mix modeling, and media attribution.
• Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, and data science modeling using Python/R.
• Nice to have: Fluency in Dutch.
