Teleperformance is Urgently Hiring - Customer Support Associate (Work From Home) - Contract

Position: Customer Support Associate (Immediate joiners)

Job Type: 3-Month Contract-Based Role (Not Permanent)

Work Mode: Work From Home (PAN India)

Important Information: • This is a 3-month contract-based job. • The contract will automatically end on 31st October 2026. • This is a temporary job. It will not become a permanent job after 3 months.

Eligibility: • Graduates and Undergraduates can apply. • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. • Experienced candidates should have at least 6 months of work experience. • Good English reading and writing skills. • Good Hindi speaking skills with clear communication. • Basic typing and computer knowledge is required.

Work Schedule: • Work From Home. • Can work from any location in India. • 6 days working with 1 rotational week off. • 9-hour shift. • Rotational shifts within a 24x7 schedule (Day/Night shifts may be assigned).

System Requirements (Mandatory):

Candidates must have their own desktop or laptop with: • Intel Core i5 Processor (13th Gen & above preferred). • Windows 11. • Minimum 8 GB RAM. • Stable internet connection with at least 30 Mbps speed. • Candidates will be required to share their system configuration screenshot before onboarding.
