Support a busy, growing psychology clinic in Ellenbrook. Join WA's largest private psychology network and play a key role supporting clinicians, clients, and the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic.

The Opportunity
We're looking for an organised and proactive Practice Admin / Senior Practice Admin to support the day‑to‑day operations of our busy Ellenbrook clinic.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll support our clinicians, provide exceptional front‑of‑house service to clients, assist with clinic administration, and help ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
Depending on your experience, you'll also have opportunities to support onboarding, training, and administrative coordination within the clinic.
You'll suit this role if you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, are highly organised, and take pride in providing excellent support to both clients and your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house experience
- Manage clinician diaries, appointments and clinic scheduling
- Process billing, Medicare and funding claims (including NDIS)
- Support onboarding and training of new administration staff (Senior level)
- Assist with administrative coordination and clinic workflows
- Coordinate referrals and respond to client enquiries
- Work closely with the Clinical Director and Operations team
- Assist with monitoring clinic utilisation and reporting
- Maintain compliance, privacy and day‑to‑day clinic standards
About You
- Experience in medical or allied health administration (2+ years)
- Previous senior administration experience is desirable
- Confident managing a busy reception or clinic environment
- Understanding of Medicare billing (CorePlus experience is an advantage)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and solutions‑focused
- Excellent communication skills with a client‑focused approach
- Current First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid National Police Clearance (within 2 years) or willingness to obtain
- Current Working With Children Check (WWC) or willingness to obtain
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (WSC) or willingness to obtain
- Full Australian work rights
