Concrete Truck Driver | Full Time | Construction Sector
We are looking for a Concrete Truck Driver (agi driver/Heavy rigid driver) with a Heavy Rigid licence to support the delivery of high-quality concrete services for a reputable construction company in South Australia. This is a full‑time permanent position within a stable and friendly team.
About this role
- Licence requirement: MUST HAVE - HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence with some experience driving HR vehicles on the road or sites.
- Remuneration: Competitive hourly wage including leave loading, OT is optional, Mon‑Fri only if you don't want weekend work.
- Location: Depot based in Northern area of Adelaide metropolitan region, meet at yard around 6am, sometimes earlier but you'll get paid from the time you arrive at the yard, till you return to drop off the truck.
Key responsibilities
- Begin early shifts with thorough vehicle checks and organize daily delivery plans.
- Transport concrete to scheduled sites, maintaining efficient communication with onsite teams.
- Return to base between runs for refuelling, cleaning, and loading as needed.
- Assist with general yard maintenance and support site personnel during less busy times.
- Complete end‑of‑shift procedures, might include work such as vehicle washdown and parking.
