Data analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret data to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will analyze complex datasets, identify trends, create reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Interpret data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling where applicable.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
• Automate data reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis (entry-level positions may accept internships or projects).
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, Power Query).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and analytical techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
