Job Description

We are seeking a Senior GTM & GA4 Specialist to support advanced tracking implementations and product feed optimization across global paid media initiatives for one of our largest clients in the marketing industry.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to work autonomously in complex performance marketing environments. Above all, we are looking for someone who owns tracking problems end-to-end: you dig into a discrepancy, chase it to root cause, and drive the fix to a trustworthy resolution rather than flagging it and moving on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Google Tag Manager (Advanced Implementation)
  • Own end-to-end GTM implementations across multiple accounts.
  • Configure advanced event tracking, custom variables, and complex triggers.
  • Diagnose and resolve tracking discrepancies independently, driving each one to closure rather than leaving it as a known issue.
  • Ensure tracking consistency across paid media and analytics platforms.

Data Feed Strategy & Optimization

  • Lead product feed optimization using DataFeedWatch or similar platforms.
  • Develop advanced feed rules, segmentation logic, and performance-based optimizations.
  • Partner with paid media teams to improve Shopping campaign performance through feed structure enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot feed disapprovals, mismatches, and data inconsistencies, seeing each resolution through to the end.

Analytics & Validation

  • Configure and validate GA4 tracking frameworks.
  • Audit tracking setups proactively and surface gaps before they become client-facing problems.
  • Support attribution accuracy and conversion tracking alignment.

We're looking for:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Google Tag Manager. (Required)
  • Advanced experience configuring custom events and debugging GTM containers. (Required)
  • 2+ years managing product feeds for Google Shopping campaigns.
  • Experience using DataFeedWatch or equivalent feed management platform.
  • Direct experience supporting paid search campaigns.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with a methodical, hypothesis-driven approach to resolving tracking discrepancies.
  • A proven track record of chasing hard technical problems to root cause and validating that a fix actually holds, not just goes quiet.
  • The autonomy to operate in complex, multi-account environments without heavy direction.
  • Experience working in a performance marketing agency environment.
  • Clear, concise communication in English, including the ability to explain complex tracking and feed logic to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in eCommerce environments. (Advantage)
  • Experience working with large-scale paid media accounts. (Advantage)
  • Google Ads certification. (Advantage)
