Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our company is a leading technology consulting and engineering firm with a presence in various countries.

We are looking to hire a Recruiter to join our team in Lisbon.

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing and supporting our consultants, serving as their day-to-day point of contact and actively participating in the recruitment and talent development processes within the organization.

Your mission will be to handle recruitment and selection tasks, ensuring a positive experience for all professionals and contributing to the team's growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Talent selection: actively participating in recruitment processes (posting job openings, conducting interviews, coordinating with managers, onboarding, etc.).

Development and well-being: promoting engagement, motivation, and professional development within the teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1.5–2 years of experience in recruitment roles (consulting, temporary staffing agency, HR department, etc.).
• Portuguese (C2 level).
• English (fluent).
• Spanish (conversational level)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Passion for people and for creating positive and collaborative work environments.
