Job Description


Supports the growth strategy for the CEE Automotive business by providing sales reporting, business analysis, customer support, and project coordination. Works closely with the Sales Director and Sales Team to drive performance, improve processes, and strengthen customer relationships.

  • Support the sales activities to drive company growth.

  • Manages sales performance reporting.

  • Analyses and advises on key sales indicators.

  • In collaboration with sales and regional marketing initiates promotions and its follow up. Manages customer relations with strategic distribution partners and all direct end-users.

  • Supports external Sales team in coordinating internal sales procedures ., product tests, handling of quality issues, recalls.

  • Takes proactive initiatives to increase our share of wallet using data provided by our customers and Pan Intelligence.

  • Supports and coordinates customer trials (orders right trial products on-site on time etc).

  • Ensures relationships are built with customers by communicating with other departments, overseeing customer satisfaction, and coordinating activities with sales personnel.

  • Responds to questions and concerns from customers, applies a basic understanding of product portfolio, and ensures customer satisfaction.

  • Performs other duties as follows:

  • Monthly/Weekly extraction from Oracle of the purchases of each distributor per SKU in Volume & Value

  • Track customer contracts ensuring spend targets are on track and highlighting any discrepancies.

  • Monthly breakdown of sales data per our distributor 

  • Monthly Follow up for distributors bonuses (realized against target)

  • Monthly pre-bate trackers for customers and payback data

  • Update of CEE customers records and Sales Force data base.

  • New customer set up (due diligence, disclaimer)

  • New customer on-boarding process

  • Support to create new BTS's for new customers and annual renewal for all existing distributors.

  • Follow up of all install forms (for new end-users)

  • Monthly preparation of all credit notes to be raised.

  • Warranty support for spectrophotometers (BYK) and equipment parts

  • Assistance, participation, and organization of sales seminars

  • Training reservations for the BTC (logbooks) and other local training location

  • Set up of a new supplier.

  • Follow up of Purchase order requests, invoices.

  • Support in marketing initiatives in cooperation with marketing team

  • Tracking ROI 

  • Business support:

  • Assists in developing operating policies and procedures specifically for new business.

  • In collaboration with the CEE sales team and regional business development strategy.

  • Customer Service:

  • Orders tracking and assist customer with customer communications & CS

  • Ideally qualified to degree level in Marketing or Engineering or equivalent education and experience

  • 3 to 5 years of sales or customer service experience is essential.

  • Communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Applying comprehensive sales principles and practices.
  • Applying operational policies and procedures.
  • PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applications as required.
  • Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.
  • Excellent level of English 
  • We offer established salary range- 88600 PLN-100000 PLN gross annual
