Position Overview
We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Experience Coordinators. This remote independent contractor role involves assisting clients with researching, coordinating, and organizing services based on their individual needs and preferences.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys helping others, communicates professionally, and is comfortable using technology to manage client information and coordinate services. Successful candidates are dependable, organized, and able to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Research service options based on client needs and preferences
- Coordinate services, logistics, accommodations, and activities as applicable
- Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and online platforms
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Utilize company-approved systems and communication tools to manage client information
- Monitor details to help ensure service arrangements are accurate
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client experience
Qualifications
Required
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet research, and online applications
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a computer
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, sales, or other client-facing roles
- Experience working in a remote environment

Additional Information
This is a part-time, freelance 1099 independent contractor position and is not a W-2 employment role. Independent contractors are responsible for managing their own schedules, taxes, and work activities. Compensation is commission-based and earned from completed services and bookings.
