Sustainability Coordinator

Position Overview:

As the Sustainability Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping our company achieve its sustainability goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices and initiatives throughout our organization. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sustainable practices and initiatives in all aspects of our operations, including construction projects, office operations, and supply chain management

- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainability

- Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainable practices into project design and construction processes

- Monitor and track sustainability metrics and report progress to senior management

- Assist in obtaining and maintaining sustainability certifications and accreditations

- Educate and train employees on sustainability practices and initiatives

- Develop and maintain relationships with sustainability partners and vendors

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements through sustainable practices

- Participate in community outreach and engagement activities related to sustainability

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in sustainability or environmental management

- Knowledge of sustainable practices and certifications, such as LEED, WELL, and Green Globes

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sustainability software programs

- Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment
