Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and expectations

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and generate leads

- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction

- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to provide updates on projects and address any concerns

- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of services

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and capabilities to effectively communicate with clients

- Prepare and present reports on customer development progress and results to senior management

- Travel to client sites as needed to maintain relationships and gather feedback on services

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer development or sales, preferably in the engineering or construction industry

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel as needed
