Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to play a key role in identifying and delivering technology-driven solutions that enhance employee experience across GBS. The role is located in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland. This is a permanent role with hybrid working and some office presence, possibly flexible if business needs allow.
Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.

Purpose & Scope
As the Business Data Analyst, you will translate business needs into functional requirements with a strong focus on AI-enabled solutions, collaborate closely with AI value teams, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring use cases and scalable solutions to life.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across GBS to gather and document business requirements related to employee experience initiatives
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through data insights and enabling technologies
- Support the development of dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor and improve employee experience metrics
- Contribute to evaluation of technology solutions and preparation of business cases, including AI-driven use cases and PoCs
- Work in agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies and ensuring scalable, business-aligned solution delivery
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar role within a multinational or matrixed organization
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), with working knowledge of Qualtrics
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Microsoft Lists) and data-driven solution development
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Understanding of agile ways of working and exposure to digital, automation, or AI-driven initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science or equivalent.
