We’re looking for a highly commercial, wildly creative Lead Product Marketing Manager to act as the second-in-command to our Global Head of Product Marketing. You’ll oversee operational playbooks, navigate ambiguity to incubate our biggest new bets, and set a global standard for creative excellence.

What you’ll be doing

Co‑managing the global team of 25+ PMMs alongside the Global Head of Product Marketing, including hiring, interviewing, coaching, and managing performance

Raising the creative standard across marketing, and leading narrative development for major campaigns and high‑visibility launches

Leading GTM incubation and creative development for the company’s most ambitious zero‑to‑one initiatives

Reviewing and approving GTM strategies, value propositions, and campaign messaging across PMM‑led launches

Partnering closely with Product leadership as a strategic advisor, bringing clear, data‑backed perspectives and creative thinking

Building and scaling the global expansion product launch process, including launch tracking and cross‑functional coordination with Compliance and Risk teams

Driving community advocacy and brand affinity while aligning PMM strategy with performance marketing and ATL campaigns

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience scaling a product marketing, growth, or consumer marketing function in a hyper‑growth, global tech company

Solid product and design instincts with a track record of pushing agencies and in‑house studios to deliver disruptive, creative work

A commercially‑driven mindset with proven impact on P&L, GPPU, NAPs, and CAC through high‑performing GTM strategies

Extensive exposure to presenting to and influencing C‑suite stakeholders

The ability to turn complex business challenges into clear, practical actions that drive measurable outcomes

Proven success aligning commercial, creative, and operational priorities across cross‑functional teams

Expertise in translating data and strategic analysis into compelling, executive‑ready narratives

A track record of delivering high‑impact campaigns that balance brand ambition with commercial performance

Experience leading teams and external partners to execute bold, market‑shaping initiatives

Compensation range

Krakow: PLN33,000 - PLN36,600 gross monthly*

Poland: PLN33,000 - PLN36,600 gross monthly*

Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and previous experience
