About the Role Kevin.Murphy is looking for a hands-on and curious Product Manager to join our Global Marketing team on a

12-month fixed-term contract , covering a period of parental leave, reporting directly to the Brand Manager. In this role, you will actively support the ideation and development of new products across our portfolio, working alongside cross-functional teams — including R&D, Packaging, Creative, Education, and Supply — to help bring innovative, on-brand products to life. This is a collaborative, contributor role where your attention to detail, market knowledge, and passion for beauty will make a direct impact on what lands on shelves worldwide.

Key Responsibilities Support the Brand Manager in the ideation and concept development of new products, contributing market insights, trend analysis, and category knowledge to shape the innovation pipeline. Actively participate in new product development projects within the hair colour category, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Packaging, Supply, Controlling) to ensure smooth execution across all stages. Build product concepts grounded in market trends and consumer needs, and help drive their implementation across the relevant levers: creative, digital, and education. Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify category opportunities, white spaces, and areas to grow brand relevance and profitability. Coordinate with forecasting and demand planning teams to support accurate and timely product availability for launches. Contribute to the development of promotional campaigns and launch activations, collaborating with the Creative, Education and Sales teams to ensure strong brand storytelling at every touchpoint. Support the preparation of sell-in presentations and commercial materials in coordination with the sales team to ensure effective product roll-out at trade level. Assist the Brand Manager in portfolio management tasks, briefing of POS materials and assets, and day-to-day project coordination across teams. Track post-launch performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation or range extensions.

Who You Are Minimum 2 years of experience in product management within the hair colour industry, cosmetics, beauty, or personal care industry — OR in a product development role within an adjacent FMCG category. Proven track record of managing product launches from brief to market or have worked in a trade marketing department within the cosmetics industry. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Data-driven mindset with experience in market research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Experience within the professional haircare or salon channel. Familiarity with sustainability and clean beauty trends. Experience working with global brands or in an international marketing environment. Knowledge of digital and e-commerce product strategies.
