We’re that local (Not-For-Profit) Child & Parent Centre (CPC) located on Weaver Place in South Hedland (WA) who’s all about connecting with community and ‘learning’ for children and parents. And guess what? You’re a BIG part of how we make this happen.
We’re on the lookout for an Administration Assistant on a part-time basis, who’s a customer service superstar. But let’s face it, you work to live!

What you’ll be doing
The role is expected to be spread across three days per week. During your first week you’ll meet your new team, our special little ones and their wonderful families. As a customer service guru, you’ll set the standard when responding to telephone and email enquiries and confirming appointments/enrolments.
You may also create enrolment packs, prepare programme flyers, record meeting minutes, handle data entry/management, file and assist with set‑up/pack‑down of CPC programmes.
You’ll be great in this role if you…
- Are passionate about customer service
- Have previous experience in an administrative role
- Are known for your excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Love to be organised when working as a team
- Have experience using MS Office and other administrative software
- Hold a Cert II or III in Business Administration, or similar (desirable, not essential)
- Can obtain National Police Clearance and Working with Children check
