We're looking for an experienced Bilingual CDL Driver Recruiter to join our team! If you have a background recruiting CDL Class A drivers and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, we'd love to connect with you.

Requirements
- Staffing recruitment experience preferred
- Proven experience recruiting CDL Class A drivers (OTR, Local, Regional, Port, or Dedicated)
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and driver qualification requirements
- Experience reviewing MVRs and Clearinghouse requirements (or willingness to learn)
- High-volume recruiting experience with excellent organization and follow-up
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable keeping candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
- Please note: Profiles without prior CDL driver recruiting experience will NOT be reviewed. Delivery driver recruiting experience alone does not meet this requirement.
