Senior Financial Accountant (Polish Speaking) PLC

Armont Recruitment have partnered with a globally recognised PLC seeking a Polish speaking Senior Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team based in Dublin. The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the management activities of a developing accounting division in the business and also drive sustainability. This newly created role will suit a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with circa 2+ years PQE in a similar multinational environment.

The Role Develop strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks Preparation of annual statutory accounts and financial statements Oversee smooth running of month end close Support process management and improvement Manage reporting and stakeholder communication Approve balance sheet reconciliations prepared, monitor aged items and assist with resolution of issues Act as liaison between other internal departments and stakeholders as required Support any project related activity in these areas The Candidate Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA) Approx. 2+ years PQE, ideally from a Big 4 or multinational environment Fluent in Polish and English Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting processes Exposure to FRS 102 and/or ESG reporting is advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage international stakeholders Ambitious, commercially minded, and keen to progress within a PLC The Rewards Salary range, up to €70,000 DOE Bonus Additional benefits package Hybrid working Flexible working hours Parking Benefits: Annual Bonus / 13th Cheque Pension Fund Parking Paid Holidays Medical Aid / Health Care Laptop
