IT Engineer

What You'll Own:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve Microsoft 365, endpoint, identity, and access services.
• Partner closely with Engineering, HR, and Leadership teams to strengthen the organization's security posture and employee experience.
• Manage identity, collaboration, licensing, access controls, email services, and user lifecycle operations.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience through automation and governance.
• Secure and manage Windows and macOS environments at scale.
• Implement and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, compliance policies, security baselines, and device governance frameworks.
• Automate repetitive IT processes using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft automation tools.
• Build workflows for provisioning, reporting, compliance validation, access reviews, and operational efficiency.
• Help maintain environments aligned with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Improve audit readiness through documentation, reporting, monitoring, and policy enforcement.

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

• B2 conversational English level.
• 4‑6 years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure or Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Identity & Access Management
  • Security & Compliance Controls
  • PowerShell Automation
• Experience implementing real‑world governance, compliance, and security initiatives, not just administering tools.
• Comfortable working across both Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to identify problems, automate solutions, and drive improvements independently.
