Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing and administering employee benefits programs to support workforce needs
  • Analyzing benefit plan data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency
  • Utilizing Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate benefits administration and record‑keeping
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Navigating complex regulatory requirements to maintain compliance with labor laws
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address employee inquiries and resolve benefits‑related issues
  • Conducting benefits audits to validate program effectiveness and compliance
  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes related to benefits
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for benefits processes and procedures
  • Engaging in continuous learning to adapt to changes in benefits administration and industry standards

What You Must Have

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • AI and innovation & change adoption mindset
  • Understand the importance of correct information management
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
  • Correct Information Security Management
