Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.Job DescriptionIdentify sale opportunities through active prospecting, database management, networking, and relationship developmentPrepare property appraisals and vendor submissions with strategic marketing recommendationsNegotiate agency agreements on commercial terms in accordance with current legislationDevelop and execute marketing strategies including information memoranda, digital campaigns, and advertising schedulesMaintain regular vendor communication through calls, reports, and updates to preserve agency integrityCoordinate due diligence processes and manage sale campaigns via auction, tender, expression of interest, or private treatyNegotiate contract terms including price and settlement conditions to achieve optimal sale outcomesManage file documentation and CRM records in compliance with company standards and legal requirementsCollaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless transaction executionRequired Qualifications: Current South Australian real estate license (Sales Representative or Agent's Representative certification)Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial real estate, corporate finance, or professional servicesDemonstrated business development and client relationship management capabilityAdvanced Excel proficiency with financial modeling and analysis skillsExecutive-level written and verbal communication skillsCurrent driver's license with ability to travel throughout South AustraliaPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Property Economics, or equivalent qualificationEstablished professional network within Adelaide's commercial property marketExperience in property valuation methodology or investment analysisProficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and property marketing systemsKnowledge of South Australian planning legislation and development processesProfessional accreditation (CPV, AAPI) in progress or completedIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below.
